Hello, fellow educators. My name is Shannon Petty and I am currently an Educational Technology Specialist with Godley ISD in Godley, Texas. I have 20 years of educational experience, with 18 of those years spent in the classroom teaching U.S. History and coaching (in some combination) Volleyball, Basketball, Track, Cross Country, and Golf to some of the greatest kids in the state of Texas. In my journey as an educator, I have been employed at Eagle Mountian- Saginaw ISD, Arlington ISD, and Godley ISD. I couldn't feel more blessed with the path my career has taken. I have a true passion for teaching and learning, and my goal in this role as Ed. Tech Specialist is to use that passion to assist teachers with tech integration for their own classrooms.
