Welcome back to school teachers!!!  I hope this day finds you all well.  I wish each of you a successful start to the new school year.

Try this organizational tip to start the year off . . . Create a Google Doc "Usernames and Passwords"

As teachers we will all have several sites and/or apps that we will be accessing regularly in our classrooms throughout the year and most of these sites will require usernames and passwords.  Think about creating a Google Doc that acts as a reference tool for all those sites and apps you have signed up for!  Not only will the doc become a speedy resource for you, but you won't be as likely to use the same password over and over again which can be a dangerous practice.  If you're worried about having your passwords "out there" on a Gdoc then give yourself a hint clue and add it to your Gdoc.  The hint can remind you of your password without having the password, itself, on the document.  Have your students create a similar document that they share with you.  Now you have access to all of the passwords they might need help remembering throughout the school year!
